The challenge
Engineering skills are at the forefront of how we will design, make and maintain solutions to the challenges sectors and people face.
But the UK faces engineering skills gaps. And rapidly changing challenges and technologies make it even harder for employers to identify and find the right skills at the right time.
Existing data on engineering and manufacturing occupations and skills could help employers adapt faster but it isn’t organised and accessible.
Enginuity is the sector charity solving this problem so that UK engineering businesses prosper from being faster to adapt to advances in manufacturing and the net zero transition.

How can Enginuity help your organisation?
Enginuity is a charity dedicated to helping employers find new ways to close the skills gap. Our unique understanding of these challenges has allowed us to create a number of tools and resources that explore the connections between careers, skills, and employer-led demand.
